Work with Me
What Happens After the Experience Matters
Transformative experiences, whether through psychedelics, breathwork, spiritual awakenings, or major life transitions, can shift how we see ourselves and the world.
But insight alone doesn’t create change. What matters is how those experiences are integrated into everyday life.
My work focuses on supporting people in that process.
I help individuals make sense of transformative experiences and translate them into meaningful shifts in their lives.
Some people come to this work after a psychedelic experience.
Others are navigating breathwork journeys, spiritual emergence, creative transitions, or periods of deep personal change.
Wherever you are in that process, my role is to hold a steady space for exploration, reflection, and integration.
Who This Work Is For

Ways to Work Together
There are several ways we can engage, depending on what kind of support you are looking for.
Integration Coaching
You've had an experience that changed something in you, and now comes the real work of understanding what it means and how to live differently because of it.
Psychedelic and other transformative experiences can open doors to profound insight, but without support, that meaning can fade or become destabilizing. Integration is the ongoing process of weaving what you encountered into the fabric of your everyday life - your relationships, your sense of self, your sense of purpose.
Together we'll explore what arose, work with the symbols, emotions, and questions it surfaced, and build a path forward that honors the depth of what you encountered.
Areas we may explore include:
• psychedelic preparation and integration
• challenging experiences or difficult journeys
• translating insights into everyday life
• identity shifts following transformative experiences
• creative blocks and life direction
• spiritual emergence or existential questioning
Sessions are held remotely via video.
For many people, integration unfolds over time, so we may work together for several months, depending on what feels supportive.
Breathwork Sessions
Breathwork can open access to emotional material, insight, and embodied awareness.
Breathwork sessions are often helpful for:
• emotional release
• creative exploration
• reconnecting with the body
• supporting ongoing integration work
Some clients combine breathwork sessions with integration coaching as part of a longer process.
Practitioner Mentorship
I also work with therapists, coaches, and facilitators who want mentorship around supporting others in transformative processes.
Mentorship often focuses on topics such as:
• psychedelic integration support
• working with spiritual emergence
• somatic and relational approaches to holding space
• navigating challenging experiences that arise in non-ordinary states
My Approach
My work draws from several areas that have shaped my path over the years:
• psychedelic integration work
• breathwork and non-ordinary states
• somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
• depth psychology and shadow work
• trauma-informed relational support
Breath • Psyche • Soma
Breath represents the ways we access altered or expanded states of awareness, whether through breathwork, meditation, psychedelics, or other non-ordinary experiences.
Psyche refers to the inner landscape of meaning, emotion, memory, and symbolic material that often emerges during transformative experiences.
Soma points to the body, the nervous system, sensations, and embodied processes that help anchor insight and support integration over time.
Rather than focusing only on insights or interpretations, this perspective invites us to explore how experiences move through mind, body, and awareness together.
Integration often happens when these dimensions are given space to unfold in relationship with one another.
