Psychedelic & Ketamine Integration Group
An 8-week group for making sense of transformative experiences
Sundays: May 13th - June 24th
Many people today are exploring psychedelics or at-home ketamine therapy as part of their healing and personal growth. These experiences can open powerful insights, emotions, and questions—but without support, it can be difficult to understand how they fit into everyday life.
This 8-week integration group offers a thoughtful space to reflect on these experiences alongside others navigating similar processes.
Together, we’ll explore practices that help translate insight into meaningful change.
Who This Group Is For
This group may be a good fit if you are:
• Exploring at-home ketamine therapy
• Integrating personal psychedelic experiences
• Looking for support after a challenging or confusing journey
• Curious about how to bring insights into everyday life
• Engaged in ongoing inner work or personal growth
• Wanting a supportive group space to explore these themes
Why Integration Matters
Powerful experiences can open doors into new ways of seeing ourselves and the world. But the experience itself is only one part of the process.
Integration is the work of:
• reflecting on what emerged
• understanding emotional and psychological material
• translating insights into everyday life
• developing practices that support lasting change
Without integration, even meaningful experiences can fade or become confusing. With the right support, they can become catalysts for deeper understanding and growth.
What We'll Explore
Over eight weeks, we’ll explore a range of integration practices that support reflection, embodiment, and meaning-making.
These include:
• intention setting and goal mapping
• understanding personal narratives and identity shifts
• parts work and inner dialogue
• breathwork and somatic awareness
• dreamwork and symbolic exploration
• working with edges and resistance
• translating insight into action
Each session includes discussion, guided practices, and space for reflection.

My Approach
My work draws from an integrative perspective that brings together three interconnected dimensions of experience:
Breath • Psyche • Soma
Breath represents the ways we access expanded states of awareness through practices such as breathwork, meditation, and psychedelic experiences.
Psyche refers to the inner landscape of emotions, meaning, memory, and symbolic material that often emerges during transformative experiences.
Soma points to the body—the nervous system, sensations, and embodied processes that help anchor insight and support integration over time.
Rather than focusing only on interpretation or insight, this approach invites us to explore how experiences unfold through mind, body, and awareness together.
