When support may help

Where are you in the process?

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can begin with what feels present, unresolved, or important.

01

You’re considering an experience

You feel curious and want a grounded place to explore intentions, concerns, readiness, and available support.

02

You’re preparing for an experience

You want to approach an upcoming experience with greater care, self-awareness, and clarity about what may support you before and afterward.

03

You’re making sense of what happened

Your experience may have been meaningful, difficult, beautiful, confusing, destabilizing—or some combination of all of these.

04

You’re ready to make a change

You recognized an important pattern or possibility and want help carrying that awareness into your relationships, choices, work, and daily life.

I will help you develop a more honest, grounded, and useful relationship with your experience to make meaningful changes.

My approach

The Breath | Psyche | Soma Framework

A flexible approach that brings together breath practices, psychological reflection, somatic awareness, and transpersonal perspectives.

Breath

Breath can help us slow down, pay attention, and develop a more direct relationship with what is happening within us. Sessions may include gentle breath awareness, meditation, or guided breathing practices.

Psyche

We explore emotions, beliefs, memories, dreams, relationships, inner conflicts, spiritual questions, and emerging possibilities. Meaning is approached with curiosity rather than certainty.

Soma

We notice how an experience lives through the body, behavior, relationships, choices, and everyday patterns—what feels open, guarded, unfinished, energized, or ready to move.

From experience to integration

Insight is the beginning.

Integration is the ongoing process of listening, reflecting, experimenting, and deciding how an experience belongs in your life.

You may arrive with a clear question, a confusing experience, or simply the sense that something important is asking for attention. The work begins there.

What we may work on together

  • Clarifying intentions and expectations
  • Exploring readiness and concerns
  • Reviewing set, setting, and support
  • Reflecting on a recent or past experience
  • Exploring difficult emotions or uncertainty
  • Meaning-making without forcing conclusions
  • Somatic awareness and embodied reflection
  • Breath or mindfulness practices
  • Translating insight into realistic action
  • Identifying other resources or referrals

Kyle Buller

Hi, I’m Kyle Buller.

I am a psychedelic educator, integration coach, breathwork practitioner, and co-founder of Psychedelics Today.

My work has grown from nearly two decades of exploring the relationship between altered states, psychological development, the body, spirituality, and meaningful life change.

I hold a B.A. in Transpersonal Psychology and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology. My perspective is also shaped by a near-death experience during my teenage years and more than 15 years of transpersonal breathwork practice.

I bring that experience into a coaching relationship that is warm, collaborative, grounded, and respectful of your autonomy.

Questions before you begin

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about what the work includes, where its boundaries are, and what to expect.

Do I need to have taken a psychedelic?

No. Preparation coaching is available for people considering or planning an experience. We can explore questions, intentions, concerns, readiness, and support needs.

Can you tell me whether I should take a psychedelic?

I can help you explore relevant questions, risks, intentions, and support considerations. I do not prescribe substances or make medical decisions. Questions about medications, physical health, diagnoses, or contraindications should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

What happens during the free consultation?

It is a brief, low-pressure conversation about what you are seeking, where you are in the process, and whether my approach fits your needs. There is no obligation to purchase a package.

What happens during an integration session?

We begin with what feels most important to you. A session may involve sharing the story of your experience, exploring emotions and themes, noticing bodily responses, examining patterns, clarifying questions, or developing practical next steps.

What if my experience was difficult or frightening?

We can discuss what happened, explore how you are doing now, and identify what kind of support may be appropriate. Coaching is not designed for an acute psychiatric or medical emergency, and some experiences require support from a licensed clinician, physician, emergency service, or specialized crisis resource.

Is this psychotherapy?

No. These services are educational and coaching-based. They do not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment for a mental health disorder. My education informs the work, while the service itself remains separate from psychotherapy.

Do you provide or facilitate psychedelic experiences?

No. I do not provide substances, help clients obtain substances, supervise psychedelic use, or facilitate psychedelic experiences through this coaching service.

Are sessions available online?

Yes. Psychedelic preparation and integration coaching sessions are held online.
