Why Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful, somatic practice that uses conscious breathing to:

  • Calm your nervous system and reduce stress

  • Move stuck emotions and release old tension

  • Boost clarity, creativity, and energy

  • Reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence

What to Expect

All breathwork journeys begin with a 3-session series to lay the foundation.

Your 3-Session Journey

Session 1 – Foundations & Intake (60 min)
We will explore where you are, what you’re needing, and co-create the goals of your breathwork journey. This includes a gentle somatic check-in and intro breath practice.

Session 2 – Breathwork Journey (75 min)
You’ll be guided through a virtual conscious connected breath session. I’ll support you through the process with presence, pacing, and integration tools.

Session 3 – Reflection & Resourcing (60 min)
A chance to reflect on what arose, ground into your insights, and learn how to support yourself with ongoing breath practices.

This 3-session intro is required before booking individual sessions.

After the Intro: Ongoing Breathwork

Once you’ve completed your 3-session intro, you’re welcome to continue with:

  • Single Breathwork Sessions (75 min) — for tune-ups or deeper dives

  • Monthly Packages — discounted rates for those wanting regular support

Pricing

Initial 3-Session Series: $500

  • Foundations + Breathwork + Reflection

  • Includes intake form & email support between sessions

Ongoing Support (after intro):

  • Single Session (75 min): $175

  • 3-Session Package: $400

All sessions are held virtually via Zoom
